Privacy policy
This policy explains what information our website uses when you browse Korean used cars, trucks and buses for export, and what happens when you contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
You do not need an account to use this website, and we never ask you to sign up. The only place where we ask for your name, email address or phone number is the contact form on our Contact page.
When you open a vehicle page or press a WhatsApp button, our server counts the view or the click so we know which vehicles interest buyers. It uses your internet address, browser type and country to recognise repeat visits and automated traffic, then stores only a scrambled code in place of your address. We never store your full internet address with these counts.
Your saved vehicles, your recently viewed vehicles and your light or dark theme choice are kept in your own browser. They are not sent to us, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.
When you use the contact form
When you send a message with the contact form, the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, vehicle and message you type are sent by email to our inbox so that we can answer you. They are not stored on the website.
When you contact us on WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp buttons open a chat with our sales team. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC and its own privacy policy applies to that chat. We use the messages, name and number you share with us only to answer you, to quote prices and shipping, and to complete your purchase and export documents.
How we use and share information
We use view and click counts to understand which vehicles are popular and to improve the website. We do not sell your information. We share purchase details only with the people needed to export your vehicle, such as the shipping line, the freight forwarder and Korean customs, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Individual view records are deleted after 90 days and daily totals after 25 months. Chats and purchase records are kept as long as Korean export and tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we will reply as soon as we can. We may update this policy when the website changes; the version on this page is the one that applies.
